If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with any of item you ordered, simply return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund less the shipping and handling charges.

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after the approval of funds, provided that the items are in stock. All orders are shipped UPS, Ground. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an order is placed during a weekend it will be shipped the next business day after credit card is processed.
